St. James Catholic Global Learning Centre

At St James, we are trying to combat climate change in every way we can. This year, we chose to focus on pollinators and the important work they do in our world. We are designing an awareness campaign for all of the students and planting a native pollinator garden. We are focusing on bees and bee-ing aware of our actions that affect bees. This includes what each student can do, for example, don’t weed your lawn because it’s bee food. Now that we are on our learning journey, we want to make a commitment to look after the bees.
