It is important to be a Bee Partner because it helps us promote the symbol of awareness and action that Bee City Canada represents. Since so many layers of our natural ecosystems have been destroyed or endangered it is important to support them however possible in our daily lives. Our position allows us to reach out to many gardeners in the Calgary area and promote vegetative biodiversity which helps other levels of wildlife including pollinators.
