C) Annual Renewal Fee

Each year all Bee Campuses will receive an invoice for an annual renewal fee. This is determined using a sliding scale based on number of students as shown in the table below. Fees are used to offer our Bee City partners more resources, such as educational “Buzz” webinars and promoting our Bee Businesses.
Fees can be paid through: Our website www.beecitycanada.org/donate, or by cheque. Mail cheque to Bee City Canada, 17-1875 Leslie St., Toronto, ON, M3B 2M5.

Tax receipts will be provided for all payments. Bee City Canada is a federally-recognized charity (number 74576 1692 RR001) focused on creating a pollinator-friendly Canada through our programs for cities, schools, businesses and other organizations.

D) Bee City Pollinator Team

List the members of your Bee City Pollinator Team responsible for the Bee City program at your campus. We recommend a committee of at least two faculty members, several students and campus staff grounds department.
Add the name, role and email address of each team member.

E) Your Experiences and Plans

If possible, please attach a plant list.
Please attach any documents outlining plans for a) habitat restoration, new habitat creation. b) education initiatives and c) celebrations.
